Returns and Withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the work — no reasons needed. All details, the effects and the model form are in our withdrawal notice.

In the event of withdrawal we refund the purchase price including standard delivery costs. You bear the direct cost of the return shipment.

Beyond that, we take artworks back as a goodwill gesture for up to 30 days after receipt — an artwork should truly delight you. Even later we usually find a solution — just contact us. Your statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
